I am an ambassador for NG Nutra, WodnDone, Athletic Brewing, Mudgear and Gameday CBD. I am co-captain for IronEdge OCR Team and primarily take care of the social media for our Instagram page. I love it. I love to shine the spotlight on our team members and all their accomplishments. They are absolutely amazing humans and athletes. Finding OCR pretty much saved my life 7 years ago. I love to race, push myself, and the challenge mental and physical. I try to be a better version of my yesterday's self. I didn't start competitive racing until about halfway through 2019. While I now try to chase the podium as a competitive racer, I fully enjoy going out with new and seasoned racers for the pure love of the sport. There is nothing better than to see a new to the sport racer, tackle an obstacle/race that they thought they couldn't do. I still remember what that felt like! Everyone should get to feel that thrill of accomplishment! Every chance I get, I try to introduce people to the sport that I love. OCR gives so much back! The OCR community is the most uplifting, supportive, tight knit community I have found. Never have I been happier to be part of such a life changing wonderful community.
Amy, is an Ambassador for @athleticbrewing @riverbendcbd and @honeystinger. She’s also a member of Mud Sweat Tear’s and Iron Edge OCR teams. Being connected to the OCR Community and her love for OCR makes us proud to welcome her as a Buddy. Amy also wants OCR Buddy to expand into trail racing further and who better than someone that sweats pixie dust to help us spread the word. We won’t let you down Amy.
I've been running OCRs since 2012 and have currently finished 324. I've been a Spartan Race Brand Ambassador for 5 years and this year I've been leading the Spartan Race Brand Ambassador Team Austria. I am also the chairman of the largest OCR team in Austria – “union dirtrun.company” with 110 members. I've been using OCR Buddy for a few years and I want to contribute to the fact that more European races can be found in it and that it becomes even better known!
Antonio represents @nuunhydration @inspyrgear and @zirenutrition . Not only does he run obstacle races, but he has also run multiple half marathon and the 2019 @nycmarathon . Even though he trains for long distance runs, he finds time to run OCRs and is partial to local events. He has been a supporter of OCR Buddy for years, promoting the app to his fellow athletes. He intends to help OCR Buddy support those that need their race “fix”. We welcome him to the OCR Buddies.
Asa is the operator of @vikingobstaclerace and is also know around the OCR Community because he is always volunteering and participating in events whenever he can. He is always trying to find ways to help the community, including bringing multiple events together for the benefit of the community. He has been a supporter of OCR Buddy from the beginning and we are thankful that Asa applied to be an OCR Buddy and we welcome him to the Ambassadors.
Ashley, a social butterfly with a permanent smile who got married recently. How did she pick a date? She checked OCR Buddy first! Well, maybe second. She has been a supporter from Day 1 and a valuable friend. She is on a personal journey which will only enhance The Buddies as a whole.
Audley is what we would call your obstacle course athlete. He has no allegiance to a brand or type of race, he does every single one her can. Whether local, regional or national, the type of event doesn’t matter, as long as he can get on the course. He is partial to events that support veterans and first responders. Audley’s goal in becoming an OCR Buddy Ambassador, is to interact further with the OCR Community and get more involved. We can do that for you Audley and welcome to our Ambassador Team.
Austin is an Ambassador for @buckedupsupps and also runs with @defy_ocr . He has been in OCR for about four years and is always striving to improve. While he feels his performance is not yet elite, his mindset and desire are already at “pro” level. While not working or preparing for his next adventure in life, Austin is training and preparing for that next event. We are proud to have him representing OCR Buddy and we welcome him to the Ambassadors.
Bernhard is an alternative medical practitioner and health coach based in Germany. He found OCR in 2021, when running only became too boring… He did two runs in 2021 and was hooked. In 2021 he did 5 20k Rat`s Runners runs and completed two Spartan trifectas in his age group and got licensed as an OCR trainer. OCR Buddy helped him to navigate around the world of OCR and so he's proud to be able to support the community by becoming an OCR Buddy Ambassador.
Brett, the “Spartan T Rex”, believes anything is possible if you have the right people there to support you. What better attitude as a Buddy to help others achieve anything they put their minds to. Brett supports @athleticbrewing @frogfuelactual @battlemilesllc . He knows that the first time racers needs support as they are the future members of the OCR Community. Welcome aboard, Brett.
Brian is an ambassador for @redcon1 and has the desire to help others get stronger. With a unique perspective on racing as he typically runs solo, he can remind the community that being solo on a course doesn’t mean you are alone. Mentoring and helping is part of who he is and we welcome that to The Buddies.
My passion is fitness. I’m really into pushing myself physically and seeing what I can do. I did my first OCR race just to see if I could do it, and I got hooked. One of the best feelings is when you spend months trying to conquer an obstacle and then finally do it. I’m always trying to get people to try OCRs, and since I talk about them constantly, being an ambassador for OCR Buddy is a perfect fit. I’ve been an ambassador for Phoenix Race OCR this year. Random race fact about me: I always run my races in either a superhero shirt or some bright or colorful shirt, and back in March, I ran a Spartan in a tiara, veil, and sash (it was my bachelorette party weekend).
Candice, of South Africa, is a co-operator of @ocr_hub . @ocr_hub is an OCR and fitness facility. She lives OCR. South Africa has a growing OCR population and Candice just hopes to get more people addicted to OCR “just like us weirdos.” If being weird means playing on obstacles, showing others how to achieve their goals and be all that they believe they can be, then we all should be just like Candice. Welcome to the Buddies!
Charles has been doing obstacle races since 2012. He has enjoyed the challenge of pushing his body to the limits and seeing what he is capable of. OCR opened his eyes to running Ultras and embracing more of a community feel and promoting not just being competitive but having fun while doing it.
I’ve been running since 2012 where I secured a charity place for London marathon. I didn’t really know what I was doing in terms of training but I devised a plan where I would run/walk/run to start with and slowly increase the distance – I couldn’t even run to the end of the road without feeling out of breath – but as I started to increase the distance I found myself able to run to the end of the road without feeling out of breath and then I could run around the corner and along the road. The hardest thing about spring marathons is that you have to train throughout the winter – the cold, wind, rain and snow – but I found that if I can wrap up, get myself out the door and just run – once I was out and about it was easier to keep going. One thing that has really changed my running is parkrun. I started running at my local parkrun in Tonbridge in 2014, and have made so many friends, and it's so lovely to be able to run through our lovely woods and round a lake, and meet up with friends, chat, enjoy a run together. I have now run over 320 parkruns. I started initially to run road races, to see how I could get on running for hours and trying to improve my previous half or marathon time. But as time has gone by, I started to realise the enjoyment comes more from not trying to beat my previous PB – but from spending time on my feet, running along a trail that I haven’t run down before – exploring a path that goes off in a direction that looks too good not to explore. I have, on several occasions run down a path, hoping it will lead somewhere, and discovered it ends abruptly in a field – it is then that I check Maps on my phone to see where the path around the field leads and usually I can find my way back. On one occasion I followed an overgrown path, which was not very well used, and I discovered a field full of tall grass and carried on a little way until I decided to turn back and knew I would have to face the overgrown brambles again ! One of the benefits of where I live is that we are surrounded by fields and woods and rivers, and you only have to run for about ten minutes and you can be out of the traffic and built up areas and into the woods and listening to the birds chirping. I'm very lucky as I regularly see two adult Herons and their baby. Finding myself running down a tree lined path, with fields one side and an old railway line on the other, really does appeal to my senses – you have to be so much more aware of your surroundings – from tree roots, holes, stinging nettles and puddles – these all add a certain level of excitement to the run – but also means you have to be extra careful when running to ensure you don’t end up on your face ! The natural progression from my trail runs is to move onto ultra-trail races and I have now run several ultras from 30 milers to 100k, and I'm looking to increase the distance to 100 milers or more. A friend once told me something which I always try to remember when I feel like a run wasn’t very good - ‘It is not so much about speed, not so much about trying to beat your previous time, but more about time on your feet, time outdoors, and definitely quality long runs over the quantity of runs’. I get so much more enjoyment from a Sunday long run early in the morning, than say a 10k run along the streets. I have run lots of road races - some where I didn’t really feel in the mood but the challenge of trying to beat last years’ time – and earn a lovely medal was once appealing but now I have found a new challenge in the off road, trail runs. My best running experience was running my two hundredth parkrun. My family support me through giving me time to run and they know I do love to run parkrun on Saturday morning and the best thing was that on the morning of my two hundredth parkrun they all surprised me at the end by turning up with balloons - this included my 18 year old son who got out of bed early on Saturday to come and see me finish. I once ran a trail half marathon at Bedgebury. It was all off-road, through the woods, along deep ditches that tractor tyres had made and the ditches were full of water. I didn’t have trail shoes back then and wore my road shoes and almost lost one in the mud! I learned I needed trail shoes for runs in the woods and also to double knot my laces which I always do now, even for road runs. I am now focusing on ultra-trail races – this is giving me a renewed love for running, a new challenge, and a different way of challenging myself. I never thought for one moment that I would want to run more than a marathon – but the challenge of self-navigating, pushing myself further and making my wife and children proud – is the thing that keeps me going and the love of the great outdoors.
Hello my name is Dave I got into obstacle course racing in 2017 through that time I've met some very amazing people in the obstacle course racing community. During that time I have Competed and completed some very gruesome races in which I never would have dreamed that I complete. I love the ocr community and everything that ocr buddy provides for us and hope so do whatever I can to help spread the word to other athletes In their journey.
Dennis is a huge supporter of the entire OCR Community. If it is OCR (or Trail) related and is something positive, Dennis will support it. He represents @lazarusnaturalscbd @vitalsox @carborocket and @freetrain . More importantly, to us, we welcome him to The Buddies for his constant desire to help others and his continued support and promotion of OCR Buddy.
Dwayne, a Navy Veteran does all that he can for the OCR Community. He is an Ambassador/supports @legendborne @moreheartthanscarsofficial @operationvalor and others. He has done epic videos of pushups to bring awareness to those who suffer from PTSD and suicidal thoughts. Always with a smile and always offering support makes us proud to have Dwayne as an OCR Buddy
Emily, an @fnx_fit Ambassador, started into fitness after her kids moved out. She tries to convince other women that it is better to start late than not at all. She wants to show that not only women can compete in OCR, but Master Division women can succeed as well. Age is just a number for Emily, because her heart is young and her drive is strong as she not only competes…she podiums. What a great message she delivers and we thank her for wanting to be an OCR Buddy.
Emma, part of @phoenixraceocr, applied to be an OCR Buddy Ambassador because she wants to strengthen her relationships and skills in the OCR Community while wanting to contribute in any way possible. OCR challenges her to improve and that is why she loves it. OCR Buddy does not have Ambassadors for podiums and prominence, we have it to better improve the OCR Community and the people around it. Emma is exactly the person we hoped would apply and we are happy to have her as an Ambassador.
Emmanuel is the next generation of OCR. Pound4Pound Ninja is one of our youngest OCR Buddies, and he's already inspiring others as a world finalist in the World Ninja League (WNL) and Federation of International Ninja Athletes (FINA) as well as an All-Star in the Northeast Ninja Association (NENA). He is also a Spartan as well as a junior coach at The Grit Ninja volunteering to help younger ninjas and special needs ninjas. With Buddies like Emmanuel, the future of OCR is bright!
George, of the country Cyprus, is a certified trainer and is a @spartan Cyprus fanatic. He has dedicated his life to helping people and motivating them to live a healthy lifestyle. He enjoys finding new challenges to help people. He is the @spartan Team Captain for Cyprus in 2021 and we are excited to see where his roads lead to. We will follow that journey together with George as a member of our OCR Buddy Ambassadors.
Greg is a self-declared “older athlete” who is not only into OCR but soccer as well. When not training or racing, you will find him on a soccer field referring the games and being a positive influence. Greg works to stay positive and to be an influence on others. He will push himself and show others that it can be done if you believe in yourself and your own abilities. We don’t believe that Greg knows the word “no” and that attitude makes him a perfect fit for the OCR Buddy Ambassadors.
Heiki is the head of @ocrestonia and works to promote the sport of OCR within Estonia. His passion for OCR has translated to wanting to spread it through his country and Europe. Imagine promoting and helping brands within a country, that’s what Heiki does. So, when the application comes in to be an OCR Buddy how can we say no? If he can help build OCR in a country, imagine how he can help the rest of the OCR Community. Thanks for being a Buddy.
Jaime-Lynn is relatively new to the sport of OCR, but has fallen in love with it like the rest of us. She wants to be more involved and wants to get more people involved with the sport of OCR. She likes to motivate others through her words and back it up with her actions, and that is a perfect reason to welcome her as an OCR Buddy Ambassador. Will it be easy? No. But it will be worth it. Plus, her anniversary is my birthday. Can’t overlook that!
I became involved in fitness in my 30s as a way to feel healthier both inside and out. After a friend convinced me to try my first OCR (Fit Challenge), I fell in love with the sport and all it represents and have been racing ever since. Whether completing a road race, trail race or OCR, I love both the challenge of pushing myself to be the best I can be as well as the elements of teamwork and friendship out on the course. Although there are many obstacles that still challenge me, I'm so grateful that my body allows me to do what I can do...I love playing in the mud, climbing mountains and lifting heavy sh#t...and getting to spend time on mountains and in the woods giving and receiving words of encouragement and a "hand" up whenever necessary. ... Here are some other random tidbits: fur-mom to 2 cats, a rabbit and a guinea pig .... avid gardener ... elementary school special educator
As an ex commercial fisherman I traded my sea legs for ocr legs. I've only been involved with ocr for two years. I'm an ambassador for @mudgear and @noxgear. I run with strong as oak and the highlander assault race team. I love supporting and volunteering for my local races.
I grew up knowing that running was always in my blood! I'm currently @spartanracemalaysia Ambassador and L1 SGX Coach. I'm a personal trainer at @sparkfit.malaysia too. I've completed multiple OCR events in Malaysia such as Viper Challenge, Mad Warrior, etc. and travel around for the love of OCR. Completed x20 Lifetime Spartan Trifecta just recently competed in Sparta, Greece. My only motivation to this, is the self-satisfaction of starting and completing the race with competing in making myself and time better in every race I sign up for. By far, this is working perfectly for me as I am currently only now doing age category OCR races.
When I first met Jon, his first words to me were, “What can I do to help you?” What a way to say hello! Jon represents @athleticbrewing @beetelite by HumanN @honeystinger @axleworkout and @altrarunning . A teacher by trade, Jon wants to share his aspirations with the OCR Community and he understands that supporting companies he believes in and sharing that is the first step. Thank you for believing in OCR Buddy and welcome to the team.
Josh, a @mudgear and legend borne ambassador loves OCR and the OCR Community. He is a huge supporter of events in the Midwest USA, motivating others, going to events to support or being part of building local races. He trains. He smiles. He races. He smiles. He is with people. He smiles. Promotion of himself and of the OCR Community makes Josh a welcome addition to the OCR Buddy Ambassadors.
Kelly, a member of the @spartan Pro Team, the @altrarunning RED Team and is an ambassador of @surphyto AltRed and of @caterpy . Why is she a Buddy? She loves supporting the things that she believes in and she uses OCR Buddy to determine her busy schedule. Her knowledge and drive will be a benefit to The Buddies and the OCR Community.
Kevin, an ambassador for @salmingrunningnorthamerica and @tennessee_pre is also the founder of @morphin_time_fitness . Kevin is, in his own words, a fitness junkie who loves to inspire others and help people chase and achieve their goals and dreams. He inspires us already and we are proud to welcome him to The Buddies.
I keep starting to write a bio then decide it sounds terrible and delete it all. I find myself at the intersection of so many different things- a former elite athlete, but definitely not competitive anymore. I love OCR- the community most of all. I don't miss the actual competition of it though. I just want to go out and play; there are very few things I enjoy more than supporting everybody else in completing their events. Honestly, I prefer volunteering at events to competing these days. And they say once a ninja, always a ninja, but I'm semi-retired from that, too. I love it, but now from the periphery. I don't practice yoga like I used to. I have started doing new circus-y things now, too. I like all of them. Love them, really. I just like to do fun things with wonderful people- and the better the people, the more I want to do fun things with them.
Kortney is an original Buddy. She is a @honeystinger Ambassador but she knew me before there was OCR Buddy and before she was a “Martin”. She has been a friend to OCR Buddy and helped form it from the very beginning. She will help promote OCR Buddy to other types of races and for that we say thank you.
Kristina is a @spartan Ambassador. She has used racing to help her through some difficult times and only wants to inspire others and to show others where to start to overcome their own problems. Crossing the finish line makes Kristina feel unstoppable. Her drive to show people that nothing can hold her down and that racing can be a positive force her life is a natural addition to the OCR Buddy Ambassador team. We look forward to her next inspiration.
Kristina, who is a teacher, would shock her students if they saw her on the course. She is out there training and realizing her potential at events as her results are only improving. More importantly, she does all of this with a smile and having fun. She loves to test her limits and wants to share the amazing OCR Community with her friends and everyone around her. Her goals are exactly ours and we proud to have Kristina as an OCR Buddy.
Linda has been doing OCRs since 2015 and loves the challenge of racing. It has also allowed her to travel the country, even Bermuda, to race, visit and meet new friends. She is also a volunteer firefighter in two towns and loves to help her community even more by running a local food pantry.
Llewellyn, the co-operator of @ocr_hub in South Africa is another of our International Buddies helping to grow the sport within a country. Llewellyn also knows that helping people overcome obstacles on the course is also helping people overcome obstacles in life. What a great message to promote to the OCR Community and the athletes of South Africa, Welcome to the Buddies!
Manuel has been hooked since his first race in 2017. His attitude about his achievements got our attention. When he doesn't succeed he learns from his mistakes and is excited to try again. He has a never say die attitude and that is exactly what we hope to promote to the OCR Community. He brings that attitude to being a proud ambassador for MudGear and HoneyStinger. When he is on the course, you may see Batman, but we see an OCR Buddy who will keep promoting this sport to all that he meets.
Marcial, of Switzerland represents @ocrne @swissobstaclesportsfederation and is part of @worldobstacle . Marcial is a positive force in the OCR Community in Europe and we are lucky to have him as a Buddy. He has used OCR Buddy and understands how important it can be to finding a schedule between multiple countries. We welcome him to our team.
We are two OCR enthusiasts from Finland, the happiest country in the world! We are also known as OCR Mamas. As middle-aged women we want to promote the sport of OCR for everybody, but especially for more mature women. We love the sport due to its versatile nature and the ideology of "beating obstacles". That's a useful skill both in life and sports! We have done the sport in a more "serious" manner for a couple of years, and are competing in age group -level. Although we take races seriously, we want to bring laughter and positivity to the world by being able to laugh to ourselves and enjoy life to its fullest! Kr Marjo and Nora The OCR Mamas
Maryam is from Kuwait, definitely not a hotspot of OCR in the world. However, she is a leader in @thunders.kw and represents @auraathleisure @asicsfrontrunner and @spartan .We are lucky to have her as a Buddy because everything about her motivates others. As she has said, “One day or day one, it’s your choice.” We choose to bring Maryam to the world.
Megan, who also represents @questnutrition has been racing since 2012. As a mother of two young girls, she likes to show them that anything is possible if you work for it. By showing that she can accomplish anything she puts her mind to, Megan can be an inspiration to her family and friends. When you ignore negative mind sets, Megan believes that there are no limits to what you can do. Isn’t that what we are all about here? That is a great message to promote and we are happy to have Megan as an OCR Buddy Ambassador and we hope we can keep her promotion going strong.
Michael is the youngest Buddy. He represents @drinkorgain @xfeat @gritarmy and @spartankidsrace . His drive to improve and promote what he loves in second to none. He’s been doing burpees daily for almost 600 days in an attempt to challenge others to gain strength from within. As Michael says, every day is an opportunity to start. We are glad he has chosen to start being Buddy with us.
Mike wants a platform to be able to share his enthusiasm for obstacle racing. That one sentence is why Mike is an OCR Buddy Ambassador. He enjoy helping people complete obstacles and looks to develop relationships within the OCR Community. He already does what we do and is a perfect match for OCR Buddy.
Director and Creator of Lionhearts Fitness, a partner with OCR Buddy. As an Ambassador Lead for Spartan, and ambassador for Savage, Surphyto, Mudgear as well as partnered with many other of the top OCR companies, Shell knew OCR Buddy belonged on the list of the best-of-the-best. Honored to represent OCR Buddy. Mother of seven, including competitive OCR athlete OCR Luccketta.
Nate began his OCR lifestyle 5 years ago after competing in his first Spartan Race with a few of his lifelong friends. Let’s just say he caught the OCR bug! Since then, Nate has been an ongoing OCR advocate through his participation as a Spartan Brand Warrior and and also as a @mudgear ambassador. Nate utilizes OCR as a way to show his 3 kids that the old man still has it and to show them that we never have to give up our fighting spirit! Nate has been a long time follower of OCR Buddy and considers it an honor to be a part of the OCR Buddy family!
Nathan is a proud @spartan Ambassador, a @battlemilesllc affiliate and is powered by @limitlessnutritionzone . He is an adaptive athlete and credits obstacle racing with a positive effect upon his life. “Don’t let people or yourself tell you that you can’t do something – get your ass up and do it.” No better words can be said. We support Nathan, that attitude and are proud to welcome him to the OCR Buddy Ambassadors.
Owain, of Wales, is a @spartan Global Ambassador and an OCR coach, personal trainer and nutrition coach. He believes #nobodyisordinary and is also a new dad. He wants everyone to succeed, and isn’t that the goal of the OCR Community? He loves pizza. Just wanted you to know that.
Avid volunteer and #SpartanDog Dad Found a calling working to rebuild community altruism. ... “I volunteer because there is a need. I serve because the fulfillment I get from helping far exceeds any incentives I receive. Volunteering isn’t a two-way street. This is not a transaction. If I can inspire this perception on one other individual , then all the work is worth it.” ... My goal is to bring OCR to the masses and show that our community accepts all racers and individuals that want to "get busy living." It doesn't matter what you can and can't do. What matters is that you are out there... Fun Facts: I am an avid golfer. I have played almost 1100 different courses and every public course in California. I'm always up for a round wherever! Let's hit some balls in between races! I am also a critter lover. As you can see from my pics, my fosters come with me to my races and the OCR community helps me save and adopt the unadoptable. Motivational Quotes: ... "Only by giving are you able to receive more than you already have." - Jim Roh ... "Those that are happiest are those who do the most for others." - Booker T. Washington
Phillip is a supporter of the OCR Community. He is a supporter of everything he is involved with, and that is a great trait to have. He is constantly promoting those things he believes in from events to his community, his country and (we say this humbly) OCR Buddy. Phillip is proud to race and be part of the OCR Community. We thank him and welcome him to the OCR Buddies.
Raul is one that shows how OCR can change someone. He has recently lost a lot of weight and credits OCR with helping to motivate him to exercise more and to eat better. He also fell in love with trail racing because of OCR. Ask him about how OCR Buddy made his scheduling easy. He has been supporting since Day 1 and that doesn’t go unnoticed. We welcome him to the OCR Buddies.
Robert is a former US Marine, an author, teaches martial arts, an Ambassador for @battlemilesllc and he works hard and plays hard. His work ethic, his training and his desire to be on a course as much as possible is admirable and inspiring. He is a supporter of events of all types and pushes himself to always improve upon himself. He is also willing to say, “How can I help?” and that is a trait of an OCR Buddy Ambassador. Good person. Great Ambassador.
Steve is from the United Kingdom and is a @toughmudder Ambassador. Steve understands that life shoudn’t be taken too seriously and that having fun and laughing is an important part of life. He loves being on the OCR course and I can guarantee that he will be smiling the entire time you see him racing. His positive attitude make him a logical choice to be an OCR Buddy Ambassador and we welcome him to the team.

His enthusiasm is contagious and he is a Level 2 OCR Coach with @ukosf_ and has been a judge for @worldobstacle virtual events. Susanna races with @thecrewocr and is dedicated to the sport of obstacle racing. In her own words, she promoted to sport to anyone and everyone that will listen. She loves obstacle racing and is not afraid to share that love everywhere she goes. Enthusiasm for this sport does not go unnoticed and we are glad that she wanted to be an OCR Buddy Ambassador.
Terry represents @spartan @honeystinger and @_allwedoisrun when he is on the course. He is a health nut and always recognizable on a race course. He is an energetic athlete who is always out there pushing himself. His desire and love of the sport are infectious and we are proud to have him as an OCR Buddy Ambassador.
Thomas, of Denmark, is always out there running, training and getting to as many events as he can. Take a look on Strava and you will see hundreds of kilometers a month in his chart. That is dedication. He is proud to be an OCR Buddy Ambassador and we cannot thank him enough for his outreach in Scandinavia from the first time he downloaded the app. We thank him for helping us and we thank him for being an OCR Buddy.
My name is Thomas, I am 34 and live in Austria near Vienna. I started my journey 2 years ago (2020) with my first Spartan Race after I decided to change my life after I lost 30 Kg. Since last year I ran 3 Spartan Races / 2 Hyrox and 5 other Dirtruns from 5 – 26km. I hope there is more to come in the next years – but now I'm looking forward to the next Hyroxcompetition.
Hi.. I'm vinay (certified fitness trainer and sports injury therapist with combination of Indian Ayurveda) I used to do mix martial arts and gym but I'm really attracted by OCR and my friend Lori Damron Miller helped me a lot to understand it and learn new things regarding it. The fascinating way of fitness through OCR is what I wanna bring here in India and that's my aim now. I give a heartful thanks to you people who selected me and i got this golden chance to learn new things.
OCR has become a gateway for me to help others find their empowerment and worth through conquering obstacles in the course and in life over the past 4 years. I go by the nickname “Whittles “ because I am on the shorter side… so I’m whittle! Friendships and comradeship and overcoming obstacles are everything; every race I meet a new longtime friend generally through screaming encouragement to them and watching them wave happily that someone is in their corner, even with initial interaction. I am a part of Empowered OCR and I represent @Prevenix and @vitalapparel.
Will is a @1stphorm Legionnaire is also a High School Principal that dreams of bringing OCR into his school on a consistent basis. He is a natural motivator that works with the youth of today. He is also out there racing, hitting podiums and representing OCR in a positive way wherever he goes. His desire to increase the appeal of OCR and to spread its positivity makes him an easy choice to join the OCR Buddy Ambassadors.
Along with OCR Buddy, I am an ambassador for @athleticbrewing and @optimumnutrition_uk and for a new ocr event In the United Kingdom @hybridocr. I have fell in love with the sport and I want to see as many people discovering it and helping it grow as possible. Having used OCR Buddy myself to dive headfirst into the sport I am extremely excited to represent them as an ambassador to help others the way it helped me.
